Return and Refund Policy

At Ayurscape, we are committed to providing the highest quality products to our customers. While we do not offer a return service, we ensure that any issues arising from product damage or errors are resolved quickly and effectively with a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If the product arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the refund process by sending an email with valid proof (e.g., an image of the damaged or incorrect product).

Conditions for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
     
  • To initiate the refund, an email must be sent to support@ayurscape.com with an attachment image as valid proof showing the damage or error.
     
  • Even after the refund process, customers are free to keep or dispose of the product according to their standards. There is no need to return the product.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that are delivered correctly and without damage are not eligible for refunds.
     
  • ​​​​​​​The decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Ayurscape. If we determine that the issue does not warrant a refund, we reserve the right to decline the request.

Refund Process

Once we verify the issue (damaged or incorrect product), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
