3.1. Shipping: Ayurscape offers international shipping via trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cart value. Orders above a cart value of $49 USD qualify for free shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

3.2. Risk of Loss: All orders are shipped under a contract of delivery. Ayurscape assumes responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping and will provide a refund or replacement for items damaged in transit. However, once the product is delivered to the customer, any damage occurring afterward will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3.3. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Any delays or issues with customs clearance must be addressed with the customs authority in your country. Ayurscape is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Return Policy: Ayurscape does not offer a return service. However, a full refund will be provided if the product is damaged during shipping or if the wrong product is sent. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate a refund process.
